Drop Off

We are happy to welcome our students between 9:20-9:30am at our north gates. You will not drive into the pasture or driveway for drop off or pick up. This ensures children are not near moving vehicles as long as they are inside our fences! We suggest parents take the Anna Cade Rd, to Camp Creek, to Old Millwood route to the farm so that you are on the correct side of the road to drop children off at the gates. **You should be going SOUTH bound on Old Millwood for drop off and pick up** (See Map Below)

We have 2 drop off gates for your convenience and one of our teachers will be there to greet your children and send them to the barn! Parents, please remain in your vehicle and please make sure your children have their backpacks, water, lunch, coats etc!!

Pick Up

Students will be waiting at our north gates beginning at 1:25. We ask that all children be picked up by 1:35. Please note that your child will be dirty from a day in the forest and farm! Plan your car accordingly! Please do not use pick up time as a time to clean your child, their shoes, etc. We suggest having a plastic bag on your floor board or seats. Your teachers will help children open car doors and load up, but we cannot buckle your child's seatbelt.

*We understand sometimes traffic happens and you may be running late. We ask that you text April to let her know. We cannot accept students after 10:15am because we will be in the forest :) Students not picked up by 1:40pm will be assessed a late pick up fee due the following week.*
